This notice explains what Hospitality Solutions Group Limited does with information about people who visit this website or get in touch with us through it. It was last updated on 3 October 2026.

Who we are

Hospitality Solutions Group Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 12045009, with its registered office at Westmead House, Westmead, Farnborough GU14 7LP. We are responsible for the information described here. Our operating companies, Solutions 4 Caterers Ltd and Opsyte, have their own notices for their clients and staff.

What we collect, and why

When you book a chat. The booking calendar on this site is provided by Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address, the answers you give and the time you choose, under its own privacy notice, and passes the booking to us. We use it to hold the call, to follow up, and to keep a record of the conversation.

When you visit. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and reports the pages viewed, how you arrived, the device and browser you used, and an approximate location based on your network address, to Google, which processes it on our behalf.

We also keep a page-view log of our own: a random visitor identifier stored in your browser, the pages you view, the page you came from, any campaign tags in the address, your screen size and language, and a one-way scrambled form of your network address from which the address itself cannot be recovered. This log stays on our own server and is used only to understand how the site is used.

When you contact an office. If you phone or write to one of our offices, we keep what you tell us for as long as we are dealing with you.

Our lawful basis

We rely on our legitimate interests in running this website, understanding how it is used, and responding to people who contact us. Where you book a chat, we also rely on the steps you have asked us to take before any agreement. We do not sell information about you, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Calendly and Google process information for us as described above. Our staff see booking details so that they can hold the call. We do not share information about visitors with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry details are kept while we are in contact with you, and afterwards as part of our business records. Analytics logs are kept to produce usage reports and are reviewed and deleted periodically.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and object to our use of it. Contact us through the details on our Contact page. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
